Philips Electronics India Ltd - Air Purifier Complaint Rating:
Bought the air purfier two months agd it malfunctioned on installation. After numerous complaints, an engineer showed up only to stay the machine is faulty and would be fixed after he discussed with his office. Since then no one has shown up. I called the consumer support number numerous times--each time I am given a complaint number and the promise of remedial action but nothing happens. I have details of the complaint numbers.
