Philips Electronics India Ltd - Air Purifier Complaint Rating:
Bought the product two months ago and it started malfunctioning right from the time it was plugged in. After repeated requests, an engineer visited who found the equipment faulty and said it would be fixed after he dicussed with his office. Since then no one is showing up despite repeated complaints (I have the complaint numbers). I have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve this issue but the company has been particularly unresponsive. Gopi Gopalakrishnan
