Pepperfry Pvt Ltd - Bedside Table Complaint Rating:   

I purchased 2 bed side tables on June 10th. One was delivered on June 20th and I was told I would get the second in a few days. It has been one month and I haven't received the second table. Each time I call consumer care, someone new picks up. They don't refund my money or return my call. Last time I spoke to a consumer care associate she told me pepperfry can only initiate a partial refund. This is unacceptable as I cannot use 1 bed side table! They do not have Basix common sense. Also, they assure me I will receive a call back daily and till date I haven't received a single call back. Pepperfry is making fools of honest consumers.
