Payu sent me an email that my transaction at miracas.com was successful and after 2 hrs they sent me a mail saying transaction could not be completed. My money got deducted from my account and i am calling them since two days on 01246749126 & 01246749001 and emailed them at [email protected] but no response. Where the hell is my money gone? My bank says that transaction was successful at their end. I trust my bank.
When i first placed an order the money got deducted immidiately, but i could not see any order placed on miracas.com so i tried to make a contact to miracas via several links, their own messaging system, call, facebook, but no response, no one answers the call either for payu or for miracas. Payu sent me two emails contradicting themseleves, so i confirmed with my bank and the transaction was successful at their end, it means transaction failed at PAYU gateway, but they r not responding to my mail, not answering my calls. This is my last hope now.
Kindly help, else they will keep eating people's hard earned money.
