Paytm - YU YUREKA S YU5200 Complaint Rating:
i have ordered a phone on 17 march 2017 and paid the money in advance. They have delivered it on 23 march 2017. when i checked the product it was found to be defective, it took more than 4hrs to get full charge and there was very big signal problem in it. then i request them to refund my money. But they are saying that they will replace the product only. for how much time i have to wait its their mistake they have delivered the defective product. and the order number they have provided to me was incorrect when i make call to customer care to talk to representative the computer says that the order id is incorrect. now i am fed up with this i also have mailed them so many times that i want my money back but they are not responding correctly. I dont have trust on paytm any more so please help me in getting my money back. i am stuck. I am waiting for my phone for nearly half month. So, please help me. I also mailed them to call me on phone but they are not doing it also.
