Paytm - Wrong Product Received Complaint Rating:
Sir,
My complaint is regarding wrong delivery of a product and I have been
having this issue from almost a month I have tried my best contacting paytm
customer care but it is of no use cause I am getting the same reply again
and again this is the last place I am expecting a proper reply. There is no
progress from a long time and I can't wait so long. The grievance page on
the Paytm site also lands on the same contact us page that is of no use as
the issue is not escalated. I am attaching the required images with this
mail and would like you to resolve the issue quick or else give me a proper
address to talk cause your customer service reply the same thing over and
over for a month and nothing else.
I ordered a Oppo F1 S 64gb Grey colour.
On -21-1-2017--order no-2620869030---------- and received it on
---27-01-2017---------. But in the box there was an -opp neo-5
--------------- phone. I have attached the images of the same.
There arealso no options to send a message or call to the seller, all the customer care numbers dont work as they all are auto answered by computers. My complaint number is 21219912 on payTM.
