Paytm - Transactions Of 5000rs Complaint Rating:

My experience with Paytm was pathetic, I never ever imagined that being so big brand Paytm will cheat on me. Paytm did transaction of 5000rs from my Citibank account without my consent on 17th December 2016, and they didn't have any transaction details. I have sent number of emails to them but they didn't response properly on any of the emails, they infact gave me transaction details for other transactions not for the 5000rs. But the height is when I received one email from them stating they resolved my query and now going to close my query. I can't pay 5000rs just like that. They are fraud.
