To whomever it concern,

This is regarding falls sale happened against me from Paytm Online Portal,. Last year (2016) i have purchased a Cellphone (Sony XperiaZ3plus) from Paytm Website,. however they have sent me the out of country handset (Hongkong) device to me,. So for this i have lodge a complaint against Paytm seller,. but they are not responding properly and dragging this issue. I am worried about the product warranty expire that is gonna happen by this month,. I have taken this issue to Sony authorized center but they said that, they cannot help on this issue,. since the handset sale happened Outside of Country. This is the cheat done by Paytm Service,.

As per their system, the Mobile IMEI number showing as "Zero Warranty Covered within India". I have attached the photocopy of their system application view. please check

This is not acceptable by the reputed & leading e-commerce "Paytm" marketing. So I hope I get a proper justice from this governance.
