Paytm - REGARDING CANCELLATION OF ORDER, 3 TIMES, AFTER PAYMENT AND AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION Complaint Rating:
ITS A COMPLAINT AGAINST PAYTM.COM FOR 3 ORDER CANCELLATION, IST TIME ON 21.01.2017, I MAKE ORDER FOR PURCHASE OF BEIGE LOAFERS, WORTH RS. 499/-, WITH A CASH BACK OF 15% AND SHIPPING CHARGES OF RS. 49/-. PAYMENT WAS DONE, AND THE ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, AND MAIL AND MESSAGE WAS SENT TO US BY THE PAYTM, BUT AFTER 7 DAYS, THEY DONT DISPATCH THE PRODUCT, INFACT THEY CANCEL THE ORDER.
2ND ORDER WAS ALSO PLACED BY ME ON 21.01.2017, THERE WAS A BIG BAZAAR SALE ON PAYTM, SO I ORDERED 2 JEANS WORTH RS. 359/- AND 839/-, WITH SHIPPING RS. 18/- AND 42/-, RESPECTIVELY. BOTH WERE OFFERED WITH A CASHBACK OF 20%.THE ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, AND MAIL AND MESSAGE WAS SENT TO US BY THE PAYTM.THUS THE SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THIS ORDER, FIRST THE CANCEL THE JEANS OF RS. 359/- AND THEN THEY CANCELLED THE JEANS OF 839/-
AS PAYTM IS TRUSTED WEBSITE, I HAVE PURCHSED MANY TIMES BEFORE WITH IT, SO I MAKE THEM ADVANCE PAYMENT OF ALL THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR SHIPPING TOO, THEN TO IT CANCELLED MY ORDER.
THE BOTH ORDERS WERE GIFT FOR MY FAMILY, THE LOAFERS WERE GIFT FOR MY DAD, AND THE BOTH JEANS WERE GIFT FOR MY BROTHER. ALSO, I SPENT MY PRECIOUS TIME TO SELECT THIS ITEMS, SO I JUST WANT THIS PRODUCT OR REFUND ME WITH THE DOUBLE AMOUNT.
