Paytm - Refund Of The Amountef Complaint Rating:   

Sir i have refunded the amount of rs 17000 .on 26-12-2016
From paytm to bank .
But till yet .they have not refunded my amount to bank .
I have loged many complaints with paytm .but all vain .
They didn't respond properly .
Somtimes paytm said .
Your query will solve within 48 hours .
Sometimes they said it'll resolve within 24 hours

But till now they didnt resolve my problem .
Paytm said we have refunded .
Ur query with the bank .
And my bank said ur query with the paytm .

I have lodged complaint with the paytm .
Last conversation with the paytm woorker .
Was that .
Paytm will contact with bank commitee nd my problem may resolve within next 2 hours .
Maximum 24 hours .
But till now .
They do nothing .
