Paytm - Refund Not Recieved Complaint Rating:   

I tried to pay a bill of electricity through paytm app on 2nd January 2017 around 01:16 PM the order got failed but the amount deducted from the debit card I got a message that refund is in process but no refund was made by paytm I did not got any refund in my card or paytm wallet. Then I complaint several times but nothing happened please help me.
