Paytm - Refund Amount Complaint Rating:   

I ordered a mobile phone on paytm. Later i cancelled it because of some issue. But while ordering amount was deducted from my bank. Now its been 7 days there is no call from paytm about refunding my money. And i have called several times there is no responce from customer care. What should i do ? Calling on customer care they always say our executives will call you. Now after 7 days also there is no call recieved. Please see to this matter
