Paytm - Recharge Not Done Although Money Deducted From Bank Account Complaint Rating:   

Yesterday I have used paytm in order to recharge my reliance jio with amount rs.402/- (rs99 for prime membership + rs303 recharge) as soon as I added money on my paytm account, it vanished. I have no idea where this money has gone. This is very displeasing, money has deducted from my bank account but haven't got any benefit.all money went on ruin by this company. Hoping for any appropriate step so that I can get my money back or get benefits of services I had applied for. Otherwise it's very difficult to trust on any company like paytm in future.Please help..do return my money...it's a big amount for me..(Attached a screenshot of paytm orders and transaction details provided below)
