I have ordered an apparel from Paytm app which is not delivered to me.
When I raised the complaint, they provided a proof of delivery (POD) with random signature which is not mine, and claimed that I have already received the product myself which I have NOT received.

I have been talking to their support team for past 2 weeks and I have not received any satisfactory response from their end.
A simple matter of negligence from shipping agent is being swayed at my cost.
I have submitted my signature specimen and I also have CCTV footage to support my claim.

Attached is the POD as received by me from Paytm and My PAN card with signature specimen.

Kindly look into the matter and help me with the same.
