Paytm - Prepaid Recharge Complaint Rating:
I got a recharge done from paytm of rs 145 and showed successful order but i did not recieve any recharge. On filing complaint they told me to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs i again asked for any reply but they again asked me to wait ! I have written 4-5 mails and now they are no longer replying to my mails ! Also i called them 5-6 times but they did not pick my call. It has really caused a lot of inconvinience as i was unable to make calls for 3-4 days and now left with no other option i had to file this complaint. Please take an immediate action against the company as it has really been disturbing. I would also request you for any compensation possible. I would like to get my recharge back as soon as possible.
