Paytm - Poor Service Complaint Rating:   

I tried to do Videocon d2h recharge using paytm. 1st time amount got debited from bank account but got failed message in paytm. 2nd time again 272 rupees was debited from bank account and recharge was successful.
I raised 3 repeated complaints to paytm but no redponse.
2 time rs 272 has been debited from bank account but recharge done only once.
Have attached the paytm order screenshot and also bank statement screenshot.
Please register complaint and do needful.
