Paytm - Paytm Services For Air Tickets Complaint Rating:
I had booked my air tickets on 3rd Feb through my mobile app of Paytm for my round trip air travel between Mumbai n Raipur.
Mumbai to Raipur : Air India on 15th April 2017 (duration 1 hr 50 mins
Raipur to Mumbai : indigo on 19th April 2017
The tickets were successfully booked and I have attached the invoice of the same with this correspondence.
A week before my onward journey, i received a message from Air India that my booked flight has been cancelled and i should contact them for further queries. So i contacted them and they said that , they said they can give me another flight which has a duration between 10hrs to 24hrs.
I replied to them that you Just cannot gimme this inconvinience. Also i had communicated to them that it is very important for me to reach the destination at a designated time and date. I did not give any confirmation on any action plan and said i will revert back after sometime.
Post my communication with the airlines , i contacted paytm on 7053111905 through which my ticket was booked. Narrated them the whole issue. They plainly refused any resolution except for cancellation and refund. I said i will call them back.
Post my conversation i wrote to paytm customer care. They replied back on the issue communicated to them. Post some conversations they tried to get a confirmation from me, to request a cancellation and assured me that full refund. I replied to them that " under no circumstances my ticket should be cancelled as it will further increase my problem".
After sometime on the very same day of my written conversation they promptly cancelled my ticket without any intimation or confirmation. I was outraged but requested to reBook my tickets with the same details. But no action from them.
