Hi , when I booking train tickets amount got deducted from paytm wallet cost of 694 but I did not get tickets confirmation and I have logged in the IRCTC and checked the booking history but there is no tickets.so I have reaised quiry to customer case but they are responding for me.
Please advise I lost money without getting anything so take action.
