Paytm - Payment Of Rs.4000 Complaint Rating:

I was making payment on emitra through paytm. But somehow paytm didn't complete the transaction. But my money from bank was deducted.
I made complaint to paytm for about 20 times. But there is still no response from paytm. I only have the emitra paytm transaction number 011310102401.
Please do sometimes in this matter.
I was not able to pay my fees for my college. Last date also passed. 1 year spoiled because of it. Please do help..
