Paytm - Non Payment Of Refund Against Order Of Blue Pair Of Shoes Complaint Rating:   

This complaint is regarding my order placed at paytm (order no. 2636726891). I have returned this product on 5.02.2017 (due to wrong delivery) but its refund has not been credited yet. When I tried to contact the Paytm they assured me that my matter has been given highest priority but even after lapse of one month. When I contacted them today they told me that my refund amount has been credited into my bank account and if the same has not been received I need to contact my bank and only provided me RRN no. When I called my bank they say they did not have any knowledge about RRN no. and asked me about several thing like sender bank details, transaction id, Ifsc code, date of transaction etc.
Sir, Please look into the matter and do the needful.
