Paytm - NO RESPONSE ON QUERY FILED REGARDING AMOUNT DEDUCTION Complaint Rating:   

My order amount was deducted from my paytm wallet but the transaction was failed while making payment through my jio app.I also filed a query report with paytm app but haven't received any response.
An amount of Rs.303 has been deducted while making payment.And paytm sent me message that the payment was successful.
The transaction no.8753135050 by paytm.
But in paytm app in 'my orders' menu it doesn't show such transaction.
