Paytm - Mens Vests Complaint Rating:   

Gud evening sir
I'd ordered men's vests from paytm site.. I'd received the parcel n wen i checked the product the quality was damn poor of my ordered product for which I'd gone thru the process of returning it..

But from the paytm end I got the revert dat they will not refund the money of my product n on the other hand if I wanna contact dere customer care its very much hard.. Today i called them up firstly i kept waiting for atleast 1hr n den a girl picks up the call n said to transfer my call after transferring again I kept waiting on hold for approx 1hr again..

I mean there is no proper criteria of resolving the customer's issues.. I wud request u to please luk into the matter.. Hoping to hav a positive response from ur end.
