I ordered a product with paytm on date 30th Jan 2017 approx cost of Rs.11500.It's being 12 days order not yet received which was expected to deliver max on/before date 6th Feb.when we track status its show held on destination address by courier(Blue dart) due to address issue. OK. while one more order purchased after that on around 2 Feb that has been delivered by the same courier company..Please answer my following questions....
Questions-
1. There is no option to talk to your customer care executive...all no provided on website or internet are IVRNos ....No clear information we get if cutomer have any query.
2. Why you ask customer to register valid mobile no...if delivery boy was not able to find location then why he didn't call to mb no provided to find the exact location. He should call to ask address if thats not clear to him.
3. I expect a call on Monday positively from your customer care executive to know the exact reason for this issue ..
4. This is not the last ...it's very very important for your company health.....
If my delivered order will not reach in next two days...I will file a complaint against your company with all the details or fraud your company doing with customer.....you have only next two days...
