i have recharged my phone with 491 rs 5gb 3g data showing in paytm now paytm is sending me just this screen shot message and airtel coustemer care is telling no recharge is done i am giving them the reference but they both are just neglecting i have done my recharge on 19 its been 5 days ...sir kindly help me out with what is the next step to get my money back .
