I live in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and make use of PayTm for day to day small transactions of money.
On 27-01-2017 I made payment of my BSNL Land line Bill through PayTm. Further details are as below:

Unfortunately, this payment of Rs. 1141/- has still not been released, even as on 04-Feb_2017, by PayTm to BSNL, Ahmedabad. However, I had received a SMS Alert from BSNL on evening of Tuesday the 31st January 2017 and in order to prevent disconnection of services by BSNL, I made payment Rs. 1141/- to BSNL through Online Payment Facility of BSNL on 31-01-2017.
Today (04-February-2017) on checking on BSNL Website I find that the payment of Rs 1141/- made by me on 27-January-2017, through PayTm Order #2652247183 Dated 27-1-2017, is not reflecting on BSNL Website.
Thus, in effect, an amount of Rs 1141/- has almost been wrongfully stolen from my PayTm Wallet.
Believing that PayTm was a reliable ePayment Service, I had used PayTm ePayment facility earlier on 27-Dec-2016 for making a payment of Rs. 920/- to BSNL towards its Bill for the month of Dec., 2-16 [as shown in the attached “Screen Shot-1”] and that payment had promptly been reflected on BSNL Website. Due to this I got a false impression that PayTm was a reliable ePayment Website.
I had also requested PayTm through an email to their helpline eMail ID "
[email protected]" on 01-Feb-2017, but to no avail.
Thus, I stand cheated by PayTm for an amount of Rs. 1141/-. This needs to be taken up with PayTm.
