Paytm - Electricity Bill Payments Complaint Rating:   

sir i pay my electricity bill ( uppcl a/c no. 5739345000 ) amount Rs 3026 on dated 25/12/2016, amount debit but bill not pay . i send 15/16 mails on [email protected] but no satisfy answer after 27 days . 2nd problem is I transfer 1000 Rs on dated 29/12/2016 from paytm to bank but It not be credit in my bank account but debit from paytm account .please help me.
