I had ordered a HP- 15-ay005tu laptop in paytm on 13/01/2017 paying through debit card. and cancelled the same in 16/01/2017 due to delay in shipping. Its been 13 days since the item cancelled yet I didn't get my money of about INR 32698/- neither in paytm wallet nor bank account. Paytm customer care said the money Wii be reflected in your bank account in 7 business days. But its already 13 passed but they didn't refund me. I'm Afraid. Please please help me.
