Paytm - Did Not Receive Cashback As Promised Complaint Rating:   

I purchased a 2TB hard disk from paytm on 2nd Dec 2016 and it got delivered on 6th Dec 2016 but suddenly next day the seller canceled the order due to which I was credited the whole amount and purposely transferred the amount to my bank account.

The next day I got a mail from paytm requesting to add the amount so that they can restore from my e-wallet as the product was delivered to me. Eventually, I added the money and it got deducted on 13th dec 2016, my real concern is that I used a promo code as per which I should get 12% cashback amounting to Rs861 which the company is not paying me back.
