I have booked bus travel tickets from noida to varanasi(23june2017) and varanasi to noida (25june2017)

Order: 3391294607 bus got accident near agra and we are left on road in midnight and then no backup services is provided and we have pay ransom amount of money around 8000 to reach varansi.

Travel was cancelled by transport services and in this case also, no refund or action has been taken yet.

I talked to customer care and he told he has escalated and will be refund back within 24 hrs.

It is more than 48 hrs and no information from PAYTM.

I hope, through consumer court, I will get some support to raise against paytm and will help.me out my money back and teach the PAYTM what they are doing wrong with users.
