Paytm - Air Cooler Complaint Rating:   

Hi,

I have bought air cooler through paytm app and I got defect product which has water leakage .
As per paytm return policy I tried to return online which they provided as an option online but it never worked due to defect in their system .
I have called customer service several times and they don't talk directly to the customer as I chose an option to get call back on returning product. Several times they promised me within 24 hrs to 48 hrs some body will come to pick up the product but it has been 7 days no body shown up yet .. so they are cheating customers on the return policy .
