Paytm - About Return And Refund Of Product Complaint Rating:   

I am complaining for having issue in return back and refund of product. I brought ezzeshopping MDR Q140 over ear headphones on 10th Feb, 2017. I was out of town for 2 days after delivery of item. So, i opened it on 12th Feb, 2017. But Item was defeative when opend it. So, I filed it return complain 2 times. Every time they come to home but didn't take it back.
