I puchased motorolla pulse 2 from paytm a few months back.
And it stopped working properly so i reached the nearest motorolla service centre to clain the warranty. Service centre said that we only repair mobile devices and i should contact motorola online customer support. I contacted motorola customer support and they said you purchased the item from paytm which is not an authorised seller where as on the paytm website they claim its a brand authorised seller.
Motorola said they would have helped me if i bought the item from flipkart or amazon and i should contact paytm for the replace.
As far as i know the warranty claims are done by the company and not by the retailer.
I contacted paytm 5 times but there were no or very late replies. I kept getting the same email from paytm saying "contact motorola service centre annd use your invoice as the warranty card they will replace the product" i explained them the situation i got the same reply again and again.
