I am booking ticket from Pune to Kolhapur on 15th August 2019 at 12AM but bus operators not allow me board on bus. He said booking is not for today please contact and confirm redbus and redbus is not ready to support me and also my amount is not refund from both side redbus as well as pwana travels.
