I have been purchasing parle products from long time, but found a defect for the first time.
Probably would be error or something from your side.
I had bought krack jack biscuit in which i got paytm cash back of rs15.
All biscuits were in bad conditionn
More oil was seen.
I let go that.But when i found INSECT on that,i was shocked.
I need you to inspect on this.

Dear Parle Complainants/Conumers, I have red your complaint against Parle biscuits. I am consumer from US, I have also found Defective' biscuits. I have lodged complaint with Parle.I haven't received reply from Parle. Parle bears global recognized Certifications such as ISO:22000 & FSSC:22000 plus there is inspection of Export Inspection Council of India. I am planning to lodge a Consumer Complaint in Consumer Court. If, you are interested please, contact me immediately. Kindly invite other Parle biscuits complainants/ Consumers.
