OYO Hotels - My Foreign Tour Through OYO Which Was Unsatisfactory
Dear Si/ Madam,
My name is Joseph Irudia Rajan from Hyderabad, I have traveled to Singapore with my family on a tour through OYO Hotels.
The reason for complaint on OYO is, the trip was unsatisfactory, OYO did not provide me the facilitates as per they commitments.
I have been told that they would provide me 3 start hotel with swimming pool and Buffet breakfast everyday.
MY trip was from 01/10/2019 - 07/10/2019, Initially OYO said that they would provide Value Thomas Hotel which is 3 star, after making the initial payment they told me that hotel is not available, hence they woud give me alternate hotel. infact they told that they book the hotel and Hotelier has cancelled the booking.
After a week they confirmed Hotel Fragrance Imperial, later they cancelled that too.
Finally they gave me a Hotel Fragrance Bugis ,Though i did not like the hotel, i was bound to accept because i did not have any other choice as my travel date was very near, I have been told by Shubham Negi (Supervisor) that its a 3 star hotel with swimming pool and they would provide a Continental buffet breakfast.
I have been Emotionally blackmailed by Shubham Negi that either i have to accept Fragrance Bugis hotel or he would provide me Flight tickets and Visa and rest i have to take care.
After reaching the destination, I came to know that it's a 2 star hotel without swimming pool and they do not provide Buffet breakfast, Immediately i called OYO India office but they did not help me.
The breakfast was pathetic, they provided me breakfast in a plate and that too i have to go and collect it from the lobby and has to sign everyday.
i have approached them multiples times from Singapore to change the hotel but they have taken me for granted, After paying so much of money we are not satisfied with our trip.
Subham Negi, Surbhi Chauhan, Alka Singh Rana, Preeti everyone committed me that they would provide me 3 start hotel with swimming pool and Buffet breakfast.
I request you to please take necessary action against OYO Hotels, as they did not provide me the service as per they commitment.
