OSOM is the most unprofessional, fraud company I've ever across. They have the shittiest customer service, with no one picking the phone, ever.
I ordered 5 M sized t-shirts and got 3 S size. When I mailed it to them they promised me to change the items but for that first I have to send their items back, which their courier-boy will collect. Once I sent it back, they sent me a gift coupon instead of the items as promised!
They (Vinod Pillai) lack even the basic decency to reply ! They have even blocked me from posting on their facebook page.
