cheat in service providing.Didn't registered my complain.Fake billing.It's been over a week since my broadband connection is down,I have to regularly visit their office because they don't bother to attend customer's call and ask them every time to take some action.Their only response is that it will be fixed in the near end of the day,it's been the same for the last 5 days and yet not been resolved ,plus they even took the payment for the same month twice.
