Onlineclues - 5 Shirts Delivered Of Very Poor Quality Which Doesnt Resemble In Size Colour And Quality As Ordered Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir/Madam,
As mentioned above, i ordered a set of 5 shirts from onlineclues.com ref: order number CIN927864 on 16-04-2017 via COD, but the product they delivered to me is 5 shirts of different colours and very poor quality. I ordered XL size but they sent L size. The colours are different. Very poor in quality and emitting a very bad odour.
When I wanted to return the product (as mentioned in their website 'easy returns; NO QUESTIONS ASKED WHILE RETURN) they didn't respond to my email neither they pick up my repeated calls right from the day I received the defective product.
Interestingly I noticed the link provided for easy returns doesn't work.

This company is a fraud which gives attractive advertisement in facebook and sells second hand/cheap quality goods to people.

Please ensure to curtail these fraudsters and save innocent buyers like me from being victimised.
And please see if you can arrange for refunding my hard earned money from them.
