OneAssist - Non Delivery Of Phone Claimed For Insurance Complaint Rating:
I, SHALINI JAIN , HAD CLAIMED INSURANCE FOR THE BREAKAGE OF MY MOBILE PHONE REDMI NOTE 3 , WHOSE REFERENCE NO. IS 863217037520240. THE ONE ASSIST PERSON TOOK MY PHONE ON 23RD JANUARY 2017 FOR REPAIRING. AND AS PER THE INFORMATION THE DUE DATE FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY PHONE WAS 22ND FEBRUARY, 2017 WHOSE CONFIRMATION WAS ALSO DONE ON 20TH FEBRUARY 2017 AS TO DELIVERY OF THE PHONE AND MENTIONING IT TO BE IN TRANSIT. IN THE BEGINNING MY CASE WAS HELD BY MR. TAUSIFF AHMED WHO STOPPED REPLYING TO MY MAILS JUST AFTER COLLECTING THE PHONE AND PAYMENT DONE. LATER ON I MAILED ON 25TH FEB, COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME AND I GOT A CALL THAT THE MAIL WILL BE REPLIED IN 48 HOURS. AND WE DIDN'T GET ANY REPLY. AGAIN I CALLED ON 27TH FEBRUARY TO WHICH MR. ARSHAD TOLD ME THAT WE WILL BE REPLYING IN 24 HOURS BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY UPDATES (WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT ONE ASSIST HAS NO UPDATE ABOUT MY PHONE) . THE ONE ASSIST PERSON DID NOT GIVE ANY RESPONSE TO MY CASE AND I HAVE STILL NOT GOT MY PHONE. TODAY, ON 28TH FEB, 2017 MR ABDUL HAQ DENIED ANY CONFIRMATION CALL ON 20TH FEBRUARY AND SAID THE PHONE IS IN SERVICING CENTER . NOBODY IS GIVING ME THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MY PHONE. ALL THAT THEY DO IS GIVE ME DATES ONE AFTER THE OTHER.
PLEASE LOOK FORWARD TO MY CASE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE AND I AM FED UP WITH THIS.
