OneAssist - Mobile Protection Plan Complaint Rating:
I have purchased a protection plan from one assist and as per the terms i have submitted the required documents and all was fine. When my device was damaged I have raised a claim request, a few days later the company said it was my fault so we cannot provide you the insurance and my handset will be sent back and i got it right after two days. And i raised a cancellation request of my protection plan as i have mention what i should with the protection plan for the device which is not working. Later i got the response from the company through a telephonic call saying false terms that if i cancel the plan i would receive only 75% of the amount which i have paid or else we are offering another plan like if you purchase another mobile we can shift the plan to a new mobile so after listening the terms i agreed to continue the plan. Later after one month i sent a mail to start my protection plan then the agents are saying that the plan cannot be shifted and if you want to cancel the plan you will receive only 50% of the refund amount and even after when i spoke to the agents they agreed that it's the fault of the agent whose provided a false terms and they cannot change the plan to a new mobile or giving a refund amount of more that 75%
