OneAssist - Insurance Service Complaint Rating:   

I have taken plan by oneassist and for insurance I claimed of my device but they are not provided right information about my handset no update .they always say they have no update .it's been 2 month.they said me it will take a time of 7 to 8 days.from 3 months they kept my handset .they are just fooling to the customers.whenever i call to him they told me to wait for 2 -3 days.please help me
