One Way Holidays - Trip Organizer Not Returning Money After They Failed To Schedule Trip. Complaint Rating:   

We had booked a tour package with one way holidays for 16th august,2019 with one way holidays.We paid certain amount and unexpectedly without giving any reason we got to know that our trip is cancelled on 14th of August.Then we raised this issue on their support email and we got conformation for refund of amount.It had been several days still we have not been given refund.Please help us to recover our money and also to punish the agency for cheating the consumer this way.
