Hi Team,

I purchased one plus 3 device on sep 14 through amazon site and the invoice or the device had no details that we should register in servify app within one month to avail complementary service of accidental damage
Because servify team has not created awareness i.e they have not told customer to register within one month today I am loosing this service and have to pay 8550 for screen damage

Why is there no awareness given by servify team while purchasing one plus 3 device?
