One Plus Care Servify - Manufacturing Defect Product Complaint Rating:

I Swapnil agrawal purchased a plan of 1899/- + 750/- Taxes from SERVIFY (ONE PLUS CARE ) to get service for one plus 3T. NOW SERVIFY denied to give service and they kept my mobile from last 25 days each time when i called him they ready with excuses tecnical prob. And they dont have any update of my 3T mobile of 30k.

They refuse to give service and they also not refunding my money. Also they are also didn't gave me any update from last 15 days

Pls suggest me what i do.
