One Assist - Fraudulent Bastards Complaint Rating:   

My name is Abraham Cherian. My Oneassist relationship id is: 1694723. I had bought an MI MAX and along with it, I mistakenly bought a protection plan, little knowing it was from Oneassist. As my friends had very bitter experiences, I called up within 2-3 days and requested for a refund. They lectured hard on the services they offered and at the end they agreed to refund. They got all my bank details and its been one month down the line and I have not received any refund. I have my bank's statement as proof if they want...such hooligans they are!! And for about a week I tried mailing them and calling them, but they ain't even picking up the phone. I am considering lodging a consumer complaint now.
