On Call Facility - Pathetic Services Unprofessional Employees Complaint Rating:   

I registered for bed bugs services package of 2 services, 1st service was done on 23rd May'17 and 2nd services scheduled on 6th June'17 which was confirmed by your employees,
1, The person who visited my home was not ready to do the treatment to the kitchen while my booking was 1BHK while we requested him to take care of kitchen as well, he proactively mentioned that looking at your I suggest that you apply GAS treatment as well first we thought it was from company when immediately we called your helpline number (9742425750) the person who answered our call mentioned its your wish if you want you opt for it but its not from Company, then we understood the person was marketing his own product which we believed and opted for it by paying 300 rs additional charge along with that he sprayed water based chemical water to the house and the mixture was about 20 to 25 Ml chemical and one full pot of water while we questioned him he mentioned that's the measurement. We kept the housed closed for almost three days and when we opened after three days we saw just bed bugs all over the place crawling live not even single bed bug was dead which made us sad and when questioned your helpline number we were asked to wait for 2nd treatment which should take care of it.
2, When called on 6th Jun'17 to confirm their visit I was unprofessional told he wouldn't be arranging the visit the same day as we need to inform them one day in advance and I was informed that I would receive call back on confirmation but no one called us which was annoying , after that called multiple times no one answered the call , as I write this mail still no one has called, I eve tried sending a message stating I would post a complaint on social media still no one called.

Is this the way a customer should be treated ? This was one of the Worst, Pathetic, Sad, Unprofessional ....(running out of words) customer service that I have experienced it is so disappointing.
Now I'm making it a point and informing all my friends on social media that not to use On call Facility Services due to the worst experience that I have gone through.

I would need my money back.
