Ola Cabs - Charged Extra Than Actual Amount Complaint Rating:

Yesterday we booked a Cab from Airport to Secunderabad , Its actually 30 Kms in distance The final bill was Rs.1500/- .
As the driver was new to City but he communicated that he knows the address and he will take us through short cut. But later on we come to know that he is completely new to City and he followed the Map showed due to which we traveled 42 Kms.
Most of the time Passengers wants to relax after getting in, we believe that Driver should know a location at least and it is not possible for every passenger to know the exact short cut routes.
In this case its a Huge loss to us and regular passengers. Even we fly to Gujarat from Hyderabad Covering 4 States the cost close to 2200, On what basis this rate calculated?
