O General - Air Conditioner Complaint Rating:   

i bought a brand new 24jcc o general air conditioner.It isnt working since the day of installation.
The service team has replaced various parts. They made around 8 visits during which they couldnt figure out the problem. I have contacted the regional branch manager and asked for a replacement. They havnt been picking up our calls since then . And now im stuck with a brand new ac that wont work since 20 days now. Please help me.
