Nykaa - Bobbi Brown Serum Foundation Complaint Rating:   

I had ordered bobbi brown serum foundation few days back. I recieved the product and opened the product. The product pump was not working . I registered a complaint at nykaa customer care but they said me that the product is now used by the consumer so we cannot proceed with the return request. I argued with them but they did not agree with me and on the contrary they blamed me for using the product and then damaging it. I talked to 2 3 representatives but they said the same thing . They are not ready to proceed with my request . Please provide me with some assistance and a solution .
