Nokia - Nokia 215 Black Complaint Rating:

I am a user of Nokia 215 phone, which is under warranty, and charger of this phone is not working. I contacted the customer care of Nokia 020-30303838 on 18th of Feb,2017 regarding replacement of my charger, which is under warranty. The customer care person informed me that I need to visit the Dealer for replacement from where I purchased this phone. I argued on their statement that how it could be possible that a dealer will provide service or replacement, but they promised me that Nokia 215 services has been given to dealer and definitely they are gonna replace it.
After their promise I went to that particular dealer, but he denied for any kind of help, immediately I called to the same number, then they said me that this matter I am forwarding to my senior and they will call you back. This was happened on 19th of Feb, 2017 and they didn't called me till 22nd Feb.
I again called them on 22nd feb, 2017 and they promised the same thing to me that their senior will me, but till now I haven't got any call from their side.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
